Provider Confidential Information definition

Provider Confidential Information has the meaning given such term in Section 11.2 hereof.
Provider Confidential Information means any information disclosed (whether disclosed in writing, orally or otherwise) by the Provider to the Customer that is marked as “confidential”, described as “confidential” or should have been understood by the Customer at the time of disclosure to be confidential;
Provider Confidential Information includes Provider proprietary information, Work Product and all other Intellectual Property Rights of Provider, client lists, marketing strategies, and all data and information concerning Provider’s clients, in their capacity as Provider’s clients, financial affairs, product types, product structures, product strategies, timing of new product launches, and fees for Services or other products or services, regardless of whether or how such materials are marked.

More Definitions of Provider Confidential Information

Provider Confidential Information has the meaning given in Section 18.1(a)(iii).
Provider Confidential Information means information owned by or concerning Provider or its Affiliates disclosed in the course of performance of this Agreement, including the terms and conditions of this Agreement, except for:
Provider Confidential Information means any information disclosed by or on behalf of the Provider to the Customer at any time before the termination of the Contract (whether disclosed in writing, orally or otherwise) that at the time of disclosure was marked or described as "confidential" or should have been understood by the Customer (acting reasonably) to be confidential.
Provider Confidential Information means information, which is confidential in nature and/or of great value to Provider and/or Xxxxxx, and shall include, without limitation, (A) personal information or matters about Provider, Xxxxxx, or Norman’s family, friends, representatives and employees; (B) business, financial, medical, legal or contractual matters of or pertaining to Provider or Norman and/or Provider’s or Norman’s business entities and their respective officers, directors, shareholders and employees (hereinafter, the foregoing referenced persons and entities are all collectively referred to as “Provider Related Parties”); (C) any other private and confidential matters concerning Provider, Xxxxxx or any of the Provider Related Parties; and (D) information pertaining to the terms of this Agreement.
Provider Confidential Information means any information about Transpower New Zealand Limited, its business, customers or suppliers (including information in electronic form or transferred into electronic form by the Authority) received by the Authority or an agreed auditor from the Provider in the course of:
