Provided Data means de-identified, de-personalized, data derived from Customer's TASER energy weapon deployment reports, related TASER energy weapon logs, body-worn camera footage, and incident reports.
Provided Data means data provided from the Data Provider to the Data Recipient pursuant to this Agreement and for which the Data Provider has utilization rights and the details of which are set forth in the Schedule; provided, however, that the Provided Data do not include any personal information under the Act on Protection of Personal Information.

  • We further do not own the data related to Your operations (the “Customer Operational Data”) (altogether the Customer Provided Data and Customer Operational Data are together referred to herein as the "Customer Data").

  • Unless otherwise notified, MTC shall use the Registered Data Disseminator’s e-mail address submitted and verified during registration for access to the Provided Data.

  • The U.S. Treasury Department shall ensure that Provided Data are processed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
