Protein Product definition

Protein Product means any product for the prevention or treatment of any disease or disorder in humans and other animals which incorporates a protein or peptide (excluding peptides discovered through screening of Gene Targets) encoded by the full, partial or mutated RNA or DNA sequence corresponding to a Gene Target RNA or DNA sequence, in any dosage form for delivery by any route of administration.
Protein Product means a product that is, in whole or in part, composed of one or more proteins encoded by the growth factor gene GGF-2, or a fragment thereof, in whatever form including any mutants, analogues, homologues or derivative forms thereof, that is covered by a Valid Claim in the Patent Rights.
Protein Product means a therapeutic or prophylactic product in which the active ingredient is a Protein.

  • If Connetics exercises the option set forth in Section 4.1, then Connetics agrees to reimburse InterMune all costs paid by InterMune to Genentech under Section 5.2 of the Genentech License which relate to any patent or patent application the claims of which: (a) are specifically directed to a Licensed Protein Product for use in the Dermatology Field and (b) do not relate to a Licensed Protein Product for use in any area of the IG Field other than the Dermatology Field.

Protein Product means any isolated, recombinant protein, suitable or intended for subsequent use or sale, comprising a mammalian granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor or analog or homolog thereof that would directly infringe, contributorily infringe, or induce the infringement of a PATENT CLAIM. For purposes of clarity, it is understood that a cancer vaccine in which a cell is transfected or infected with a GENE or GENE construct for use in the in vivo production of a protein in any human is not a PROTEIN PRODUCT.
Protein Product means a product (i) that interacts with a QT (ii) that is derived from a Protein and (iii) that is in pre-clinical or clinical development or is being commercialized.

Protein Product means a product consisting of any variant of a protein associated with a disease within the Field.

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

  • Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.

  • Biosimilar Product means, with respect to a Licensed Product in any country, any biosimilar product sold by a Third Party not authorized by or on behalf of Celgene, its Affiliates or Sublicensees, (a) that is a biosimilar biological product, as defined in 21 USC 379j-51 (or any successor or replacement thereof), a similar biological medicinal product, as defined in Annex I to Directive 2001/83/EC (or any successor or replacement thereof), or any similar biosimilar or generic product under the Laws of any country or jurisdiction, or (b) regarding which Regulatory Approval is obtained by referencing Regulatory Data of such Licensed Product.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Combination Product means a product (a) containing a Licensed Product together with one or more other active ingredients, or (b) with one or more products, devices, pieces of equipment or components, but sold for an integrated price (e.g., with the purchase of one product the customer gets a coupon for the other) or for a single price.

  • Collaboration Product means any pharmaceutical product in finished form that contains a Collaboration Compound, either as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, and all present and future formulations, dosages and dosage forms thereof.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Licensed producer means a person or entity licensed to produce medical cannabis.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Combination Products means COBI Combination Products, EVG Combination Products, TDF Combination Products, TAF Combination Products and Quad Product.
