Protective Covenants definition

Protective Covenants means the protective covenants contained in Section 9 hereof.

• To the extent any conflict exists between the Protective Covenants and the Other Covenants, the Company shall be provided the greatest protection set forth in either agreement.

More Definitions of Protective Covenants

Protective Covenants means the restrictive covenants contained in Sections 7(c) through (g) hereof.
