Protected Territory definition

Protected Territory means the United States of America.

• The parties agree that the geographic scope of this non-solicitation covenant is not limited to the Protected Territory.

• We may modify the Protected Territory granted in Section 2 if you violate your covenant in Section 2.

• We may own, operate, lease, manage, franchise or license anyone to operate any Chain Facility located anywhere outside the Protected Territory without any restriction or obligation to you.

• The covenants in this Section are mutually dependent; if you breach this Section, your Protected Territory will be the Location only.

More Definitions of Protected Territory

Protected Territory includes the following geographic areas: (a) all states and territories of the United States of America; and (b) any other geographic area where it is reasonably necessary for the protection of the Company’s legitimate interests to restrict Employee from competing and such restriction does not impose an undue hardship on Employee or disregard the interests of the public.

Protected Territory means any state within the United States or other country in which the Company or any of its subsidiaries provides any of its services or sells or distributes any of its products as of the date of this Agreement or thereafter.

Protected Territory means the United States of America and all countries outside of the United States of America.

Protected Territory means that area within a one hundred (100) mile radius of the principal offices of the Company at the Date of Termination.

Protected Territory means (y) the area within fifty (50) miles of Interland's headquarters location on the date Employee's employment is terminated and (z) the area within fifty (50) miles of Employee's primary place of work on behalf of Interland on the date Employee's employment is terminated. For purposes of this Section, "Protected Services" means those services and other services reasonably related thereto that Employee is being hired to provide to Interland.

Protected Territory. The Protected Territory with respect to each Location listed on Exhibit A from time to time is as follows:

Protected Territory means, prior to the Termination Date, the world, and commencing on and after the Termination Date, shall include the United States and any other geographic area in which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries conducts business as of the Termination Date, or has developed an intention to conduct business in such geographic area on or before the Termination Date and for which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has prepared or commissioned the preparation of a business plan or study on or before the Termination Date.
