Protected Heritage Property definition

Protected Heritage Property means a property that is designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, subject to a Heritage Easement under Part II of the Ontario Heritage Act, subject to a Heritage Easement under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, or subject to a covenant or agreement on title held between the property owner and a conservation authority or level of government in the interest of conserving built heritage.
Protected Heritage Property means real property in the Town, including all buildings, structures and other features thereon, that:

Examples of Protected Heritage Property in a sentence

  • THAT the Chan House, listed in the “B” category on the Vancouver Heritage Register at 658 Keefer Street, be designated as Protected Heritage Property.

  • Exemption Conditions If a building, structure, land or feature within the heritage conservation area is not listed within the Schedule of Protected Heritage Property as described above then Section 971(1) of the Local Government Act does not apply.
