Prosthetic device definition

Prosthetic device means a replacement, corrective, or supportive device, other than contact lenses and dental prosthesis, dispensed pursuant to a prescription, including repair or replacement parts for that device, worn on or in the body to do 1 or more of the following:
Prosthetic device means a device which replaces all or part of a body part or an internal body organ or replaces all or part of the functions of a permanently inoperative or malfunctioning body part or organ.
Prosthetic device means a non-experimental device that replaces all or part of an internal or external body organ or replaces all or part of the function of a permanently inoperative or malfunctioning internal or external organ.
