Prospective Employees definition

Prospective Employees shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.8(a).

Prospective Employees means persons outside the employment of the department but whose studies are financed by the department. Such persons may be obliged to serve the department for a specified period once they have obtained their pursued qualifications;
