Prosecution of Work. The first sentence of the first paragraph is voided and replaced by the following: Begin work 120 calendar days after the authorization date to begin work. Perform work in a manner to prevent degradation of receiving waters, facilitate project construction, and comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Article 506.3., “Qualifications, Training, and Employee Requirements,” is voided and not replaced.   • Prosecution and Maintenance means, with regard to a particular Patent, the preparation, filing, prosecution and maintenance of such Patent, as well as re-examinations, reissues and the like with respect to that Patent, together with the conduct of interferences, the defense of oppositions and other similar proceedings with respect to that Patent.
