Prosecution of Work. The first sentence of the first paragraph is voided and replaced by the following: Begin work 120 calendar days after the authorization date to begin work. Perform work in a manner to prevent degradation of receiving waters, facilitate project construction, and comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Article 506.3., “Qualifications, Training, and Employee Requirements,” is voided and not replaced. Section 506.4.1., “Contractor Responsibilities,” Section 506.4.2., “Implementation,” and Section 506.4.3., “General,” are voided and replaced by the following:

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;
