Proprietary Marks definition

Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.
Proprietary Marks means all trademarks, trade names, symbols, logos, slogans, designs, insignia, emblems, devices and service marks which are used by Manager to identify the Facility, whether they are now or hereafter owned by Manager or any of its Affiliates, and whether or not they are registered under the laws of the United States.
Proprietary Marks means any and all United States trademarks (including any copyrights that exist in such trademarks, but excluding all other copyrights), service marks, trade names, corporate names, company names, business names, fictitious business names, trade dress, trade styles, designs, logos and other source or business identifiers, whether registered or unregistered, which are owned or licensed, now or in the future, by Xxxxxxxx, including, but not limited to, as of the date hereof, the United States Proprietary Marks set forth on Exhibit B annexed hereto.

  • The Proprietary Marks used for any purpose not directly related to these terms must be with the express written permission of Franchisor and may include the payment of additional fees unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

More Definitions of Proprietary Marks

Proprietary Marks means the trade marks, trade names, logos, designs, symbols, emblems, insignia, fascia, slogans and other identifying marks whether or not registered or capable of registration now or at any time hereafter adopted by the Licensor for use in connection with any Product and/or the Know-how/Technology.
Proprietary Marks has the meaning set out in Section 6.5.
Proprietary Marks means all trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, symbols, logos, slogans, designs, insignia, emblems, devices, domain names, distinctive designs of signs, or any other source identifying feature, or combinations thereof, which are used to identify such Property, or which are used in connection with the operation of such Property by such Seller or its Affiliates. For the avoidance of doubt, Intangible Property includes the Proprietary Marks and the specific data and information stored or maintained on the Intellectual Property Rights that uniquely pertains to such Property or those served at such Property, except that the Intellectual Property Rights include such data and information to the extent confidential or proprietary to such Seller.
Proprietary Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, emblems and other indicia of origin as designated from time to time by Franchisor, which may be owned by Franchisor or licensed to Franchisor with sublicensing rights, including, but not limited to, the marks: "Xxxxx X. Cheese" and "ShowBiz Pizza Time."
Proprietary Marks has the meaning given in section 2.4.
Proprietary Marks and "Copyrights" as used in this Agreement shall mean the tradenames and trademarks "Green Dolphin", "Fire Safe" "Fire Poly" "Protection Plus" and such other tradenames, trademarks and logos as are now or subsequently designated by Penta.
