Proprietary Interests definition

Proprietary Interests means that the owner of the property has rights (IPRs) that can be exercised in this situation.
Proprietary Interests are defined to include patents, copyrights, trade secrets and trademarks, whether issued or pending, and other intellectual property rights.
Proprietary Interests means, without being limited thereto, copyright and analogous rights, moral rights, performing rights, personality rights and title to any physical material comprising the Transmission Rights.
