Proprietary Data and Information definition

Proprietary Data and Information means, as to any Person, proprietary data or personal information that separately discloses business transactions, market positions or trade secrets of such Person, but does not include Transaction Data and shall, with respect to the Company, include all information regarding or provided through the Trading Services (including any information or data the Company makes available to Users, whether such information is the Company’s or its licensors).
Proprietary Data and Information means, as to any Person, proprietary data or personal information that separately discloses business transactions, market positions or trade secrets of such Person, but does not include Transaction Data and shall, with respect to the Company, include all information regarding the ATS.

  • Company Intellectual Property and Company Proprietary Data and Information are based on and obtained from sources believed to be accurate and reliable.

  • Foreground Information means any Invention first conceived, developed or reduced to practice as part of the Work under the Contract and all other Technical Information conceived, developed or produced as part of the Work under the Contract;

  • Background Information means various types of information provided by the Sponsors and is defined in RFP Section 2.4(1)(b);

  • Electronic and Information Resources means information resources, including information resources technologies, and any equipment or interconnected system of equipment that is used in the creation, conversion, duplication, or delivery of data or information.   • Proprietary Data means Data embodying trade secrets developed at private expense or commercial or financial information that is privileged or confidential, and that includes a restrictive notice, unless the Data is:

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.

  • Derived Information means such written information regarding the Notes as is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor, which information is not any of (A) Issuer Information, (B) Prepricing Information or (C) contained in the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, the Ratings Free Writing Prospectus or the Prospectus or any amendment or supplement to any of them, taking into account information incorporated therein by reference (other than information incorporated by reference from any information regarding the Notes that is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor); and

  • Customer's Confidential Information means all Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel, and suppliers of the Customer, including all IPRs, together with all information derived from any of the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered to be confidential;

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Transferred Information means the personal information (namely, information about an identifiable individual other than their business contact information when used or disclosed for the purpose of contacting such individual in that individual’s capacity as an employee or an official of an organization and for no other purpose) to be disclosed or conveyed to one Party or any of its representatives or agents (a “Recipient”) by or on behalf of another Party (a “Disclosing Party”) as a result of or in conjunction with the transactions contemplated herein, and includes all such personal information disclosed to the Recipient prior to the execution of this Agreement.

  • Generated Information means information produced in the performance of this CRADA.

  • Seller Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.3.

  • Licensed Information means any information concerning the Licensed Program, which is owned by the Licensor and is licensed to the Licensee together with the Licensed Program. Licensed Information includes such information as input form, user manual, interface format and input/output format and is delivered to and used by the Licensee as confidential information or proprietary property of the Licensor.

  • Customer Confidential Information means any information or compilation of information, not generally known, which is provided to the Employer by its customers or potential customers, is proprietary to the customer or potential customer and relates to the customer’s or potential customer’s existing or reasonably foreseeable business. Information provided to the Employer by a customer or potential customer shall be treated as Customer Confidential Information.

  • Keeping information confidential means using discretion in disclosing information as well as guarding against unlawful or inappropriate access by others. This includes:

  • Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).

  • Buyer Confidential Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.

  • Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • Business Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).

  • Fund Confidential Information means Confidential Information for which the Fund is the Disclosing Party.
