Proposing User definition

Proposing User means a supplier requested by the customer to supply gas to his premises in substitution for the Withdrawing User;
Proposing User means the Supplier who is making a SMP Confirmation which must become effective in accordance with Section L of the Network Code; and

Examples of Proposing User in a sentence

  • Where another User is to become the Registered User of a relevant Supply Point, the Proposing User shall, at least 2 but not more than 7 Business Days prior to the proposed Supply Point Registration Date, notify the Transporter of such change.

  • Unless the context otherwise requires, references in this Section G to details to be included in a Supply Point Nomination, Supply Point Offer or Supply Point Confirmation are to details which would (if the Proposing User submits a Supply Point Confirmation and/or if the Supply Point Confirmation becomes effective) apply in respect of the Proposed Supply Point Registration.

  • The Firm Allowance shall transfer to the new Registered User from the Supply Point Registration Date provided that the DM Supply Point Component of the Proposing User is the same as the DM Supply Point Component of the Registered User.

  • For the purposes of facilitating compliance with the Code, the Shipper Licence and the Transporter's Licence, the Registered User and the Transporter shall (and a Proposing User which is a Registered User may) in accordance with paragraph 4.1 each provide timely and accurate Meter Information to the CDSP in accordance with the requirements in the UK Link Manual.

  • Prior to the submission of any Meter Information to the Transporter, the Proposing User and/or Registered User will consider any known data inconsistencies with the relevant supplier (or any person acting on its behalf) and where appropriate ensure that the Meter Information which is submitted has been corrected.

  • Where at the time a User submits a Supply Point Confirmation which is not rejected by the CDSP, a Supply Point Withdrawal has been submitted by the Existing Registered User in respect of each Existing Supply Point, the Supply Point Confirmation shall be effective and the Supply Meter Points comprised in the Proposed Supply Point shall be registered in the name of the Proposing User with effect from the Proposed Supply Point Registration Date.

  • Except in the case of a Shared Supply Meter Point, where another User is to become the Registered User of relevant Supply Point, the Proposing User shall, at least 2 but not more that 7 Business Days prior to the proposed Supply Point Registration Date, notify the Transporter of such change.

  • In respect of a Supply Meter Point comprised in a Proposed Supply Point in respect of which the Supply Point Conformation has become effective, the Transporter will provide to the Proposing User the Meter Information (as held on the Supply Point Register) on the 7th Business Day before the Proposed Supply Point Registration Date.

  • The Proposing User may notify to the CDSP a revised value of a Meter Reading (an “Agreed Opening Meter Reading”) which is agreed between the Proposing User and the Withdrawing User as being valid for the same Read Date as, and which is to replace, the Opening Meter Reading (or estimated Meter Reading under paragraph 5.13.7).

  • The Transporter will, within 10 Business Days after the date of any Supply Point Nomination in respect of an Interruptible Supply Point (or if later as soon as practicable thereafter), notify the Proposing User of whether (and where applicable the date from which) the Proposed Supply Point is or is to become, and/or is to cease to be, a TNI Supply Point pursuant to paragraphs 5.5.7.

Related to Proposing User

  • Proposing Person means (1) the Record Stockholder providing the notice of business proposed to be brought before an annual meeting or nomination of persons for election to the Board at a stockholder meeting, (2) the beneficial owner or beneficial owners, if different, on whose behalf the notice of business proposed to be brought before the annual meeting or nomination of persons for election to the Board at a stockholder meeting is made, and (3) any Associated Person on whose behalf the notice of business proposed to be brought before the annual meeting or nomination of persons for election to the Board at a stockholder meeting is made;

  • Proposing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.2.4(a).

  • Proposer means a contractor that submits a response to a request for proposal, request for bid, or request for quotation.

  • Proposer(s means the individuals or business entities, if any, submitting a Proposal in response to this RFP.

  • Integration Proponent means in relation to an Integration Agreement, “the Company” or “the Joint Venturers” as the case may be as defined in, and for the purpose of, that Integration Agreement;

  • Proposed Works means the sewage works described in the Owner's application, this Certificate and in the supporting documentation referred to herein, to the extent approved by this Certificate;

  • Proposal means the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal.

  • Ballot proposition means a question, issue, or proposal that is submitted to voters

  • Competing Offer means a Tender Offer for Units which (i) is Commenced prior to the expiration of the Offer by a Person that is not an Affiliate (or in the case of Waltxx Xxxeet, as to its Associates only) of any Partner and (ii) has a cash purchase price per Unit that is at least 2% (10% with respect to the first Competing Offer made following the Offer by the Partnership)

  • Proposed decision means the presiding officer’s recommended findings of fact, conclusions of law, decision, and order in a contested case in which the administrator did not preside.

  • Alternative Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(b).

  • Responsive Proposal means a Proposal that complies with the material provisions of this RFP.

  • Competing Proposal means a proposal, offer or invitation to the Company, any Party or any of a Party’s Affiliates (other than the Proposal), that involves the acquisition of Control of the Target, a sale of all or a substantial part of the assets of the Target, a restructuring or recapitalization of the Target, or some other transaction that would adversely affect, prevent or materially reduce the likelihood of the consummation of the Transaction with the Parties.

  • Identifying information means information that identifies an individual or for which it is reasonably foreseeable in the circumstances that it could be utilized, either alone or with other information, to identify an individual.

  • Competitive Sealed Bidding means the competitive process described within an Invitation for Bids, wherein the City invites Offerors to submit bids to supply the City with the Goods and/or Service describes in the Solicitation document, where the City will award the resulting contract to the responsible Offeror submitting the low responsive bid.

  • Pricing Information means the information relating to (i) the number of Shares issued and (ii) the offering price of the Shares included on the cover page of the Prospectus.

  • Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.

  • Bidders means any enterprise, consortium or person, partnership, company, close corporation, firm or any other form of enterprise or person, legal or natural, which has been invited by NHLS to submit a bid in response to this bid invitation.

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • Competitive Product means a product or service, made or provided by a Competitor, which is the same as or is directly competitive with one with respect to which the Employee acquired confidential information relating to the Company, or its business, products or services by reason of the Employee's work with the Company.

  • Ordering Information means (i) a reference to this Agreement; (ii) the Customer's name; (iii) the SAP Cloud Service for which Provider is ordering subscriptions for a specific Customer and the total number of Authorized Users (or other usage metric stated in the Order Form) for each product; (iv) the subscription fees due for the SAP Cloud Services and the length of the subscription term; the (v) Provider billing contact information and such other information as set forth in the form of the Order Form.

  • Competitive solicitation means a formal, advertised procurement process, other than an Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, or Invitation to Negotiate, approved by the Board to purchase commodities and/or services which affords vendors fair treatment in the competition for award of a District purchase contract.

  • Competitive Products shall include any product or service that directly or indirectly competes with, is substantially similar to, or serves as a reasonable substitute for, any product or service in research, development or design, or manufactured, produced, sold or distributed by the Company;

  • Feedback means input regarding the SAP Products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the SAP Products and/or services, or input as to whether Partner believes SAP’s development direction is consistent with their own business and IT needs.

  • Competitive negotiation means a procedure for contracting for supplies, materials, equipment or contractual services, in which proposals are solicited from qualified suppliers by a request for proposals, and changes may be negotiated in proposals and prices after being submitted.

  • Advertising sign means any surface or structure with characters, letters or illustrations applied there-to and displayed in any manner whatsoever outdoors for the purpose of advertising or giving information or to attract the public to any place, person, public performance, article, or merchandise, and which surface or structure is attached to, forms part of, or is connected with any building, or is fixed to the ground or to any pole, screen, fence or hoarding or displayed in space, or in or over any water body included in the jurisdiction of the Authority;
