Proposed Regulations definition

Proposed Regulations means the proposed arbitrage regulations REG 106143-07 (published at 72 Fed. Reg. 54606 (Sept. 26, 2007)).

Proposed Regulations shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(m) hereof.
