Proposed Operator definition

Proposed Operator means the single purpose entity (which may exist on the date on which the first Applicant entered into this Deed, or may be incorporated during the Franchise Letting Process), in which the Applicants have (or will have) an interest, that the Applicants propose will be the franchisee for the Franchise if the Applicants are successful in the Franchise Letting Process;
Proposed Operator means the single purpose entity (which may exist, or may be incorporated during the Franchise Letting Process) that the Applicants propose will purchase the shares in East Coast Main Line Company Limited if the Applicants are selected to do so;
Proposed Operator means the person applying for a Private Hire Operator’s Licence;
