Proposed Final Plans definition

Proposed Final Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 5.02 below. “Ready for Occupancy” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.04.

Examples of Proposed Final Plans in a sentence

  • If Landlord timely and properly disapproves the Proposed Final Plans, Landlord and Tenant shall promptly meet so as to reach agreement on any changes and Tenant shall cause the Architect to revise the same to meet such objections (to the extent agreed upon) and to resubmit the same for approval within the same time periods as provided above.

  • Copies of the Proposed Final Plans shall be delivered to Landlord for review pursuant to the process detailed in Section 2.1 of this Work Letter.

  • The Proposed Final Plans will be deemed approved by Landlord unless Landlord gives written notice of disapproval to Tenant and the Architect within ten (10) business days after the delivery of the Proposed Final Plans to Landlord, specifying in reasonable detail the items disapproved.

  • The Proposed Final Plans, modified for changes proposed by Tenant and approved by Landlord pursuant to this paragraph, shall be the approved Final Interior Improvement Plans and the cost estimate approved by Tenant shall be the Interior Improvement Cost Estimate for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Lessor acknowledges that, prior to the Effective Date, Lessor's Committees reviewed certain proposed Final Plans and Specifications for the Building to be constructed as part of the Initial Project to be located on the Land, all as identified on Exhibit D attached hereto ("Proposed Final Plans and Specifications"), but such reviews are subject to resolution and completion of the matters identified in the memorandum from Xxxxx & Xxxxx dated April 24, 2006 to the Techny Land Committee, Attention: Xxx.

  • Lessor shall review Lessee’s proposed changes to the Proposed Final Plans and endeavor to cause Lessor’s Architect to revise the Proposed Final Plans within ten (10) business days after Lessor’s receipt of Lessee’s requested changes.

  • The Proposed Final Plans, as approved or deemed approved by Lessee, or revised to incorporate Lessee’s requested changes thereto, shall be referred to herein as the “Final Plans”.

  • The Proposed Final Plans shall include all exterior and interior portions of the 2002 Project (including but not limited to all ADA/Title 24 compliance work, all mechanical, utilities and heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, the exterior facade, landscape and irrigation work, parking areas, and any roof installations).

  • Promptly upon approval of the Approved Preliminary Plans, Tenant shall cause the Architect to prepare and submit for approval by Landlord proposed final plans, specifications and working drawings for the 2002 Project (the "Proposed Final Plans").

  • Proposed Plan As defined in Section 3.17(a)(iii).

  • Final Plans with respect to any particular work or improvement means Plans which (i) have received final approval from all governmental authorities required to approve such Plans prior to completion of the work or improvements and (ii) contain sufficient specificity to permit the completion of the work or improvement.

  • Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.

  • Proposed Works means the sewage works described in the Owner's application, this Certificate and in the supporting documentation referred to herein, to the extent approved by this Certificate;

  • Proposed Transfer Notice means written notice from a Key Holder setting forth the terms and conditions of a Proposed Key Holder Transfer.

  • Term SOFR Notice means a notification by the Administrative Agent to the Lenders and the Borrower of the occurrence of a Term SOFR Transition Event.

  • Approved Plans means any new or revised plans that are required by this Permit that received approved from the MPCA.

  • Proposed decision means the presiding officer’s recommended findings of fact, conclusions of law, decision, and order in a contested case in which the administrator did not preside.

  • Subsequent Financing Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.12(b).

  • Final plat means the recordable map or other graphical representation of land that complies with Utah Code Xxx. § 10-9a-603 (July, 2021), or any successor provision, and the City’s Vested Laws, and is approved by the City, effectuating a Subdivision of any portion of the Project.

  • Proposed Contract means the agreement including any other terms and conditions contained in or referred to in this RFP that may be executed between the DBSA and the successful Bidder.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Proposed Sale shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(a).

  • Identical plans means building plans submitted to a municipality that:

  • Plan Supplement Filing Date means the date or dates on which the Plan Supplement shall be filed with the Bankruptcy Court. The first Plan Supplement Filing Date shall be at least seven days prior to the Voting Deadline or such later date as may be approved by the Bankruptcy Court without further notice.

  • As built plans means drawings depicting conditions as they were actually constructed.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Proposed permit means a VSMP permit prepared after the close of the public comment period (and, when applicable, any public hearing and administrative appeals) that is sent to EPA for review before final issuance. A proposed permit is not a draft permit.

  • Proposed Change has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c).

  • Initial Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(a).

  • Proposed Acquirer means a Person proposed by a Respondent (or a Divestiture Trustee) to the Commission and submitted for the approval of the Commission as the acquirer for particular assets or rights required to be assigned, granted, licensed, divested, transferred, delivered or otherwise conveyed pursuant to this Order.

  • Closed panel plan means a plan that provides health benefits to covered persons primarily in the form of services through a panel of providers that have contracted with or are employed by the plan, and that excludes benefits for services provided by other providers, except in cases of emergency or referral by a panel member.

  • Subsequent Financing shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.12(a).

  • Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.

  • Superior Proposal Notice has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(1)(c).
