Proposed Class Members definition

Proposed Class Members means the proposed class members in the Proceedings.
Proposed Class Members both mean all individuals employed by Defendant in Washington state performing plumbing and other services for Defendant’s customers and paid on a piecework, commission, and/or other productivity basis at any time during the Settlement Class Period.
Proposed Class Members means all individuals who were employed by one or more of the Defendants during the Class Period and who were paid on either an hourly and/or piece rate basis during the Class Period, other than individuals who worked solely in a non-manual office position during the Class Period.

Examples of Proposed Class Members in a sentence

  • By reason of the foregoing, Plaintiff and the Proposed Class Members have suffered money damages in an amount to be determined during the trial of this action.

  • Plaintiff and the Proposed Class Members seek a declaration of Defendant’s obligations to them under the agreements regarding the pricing of its electricity.

  • State and local regulations - Submit copies of codes and regulations applicable to the work.

  • Plaintiffs and Proposed Class Members are legal or beneficial owners of the exclusive right to reproduce their copyrighted works in copies under 17 U.S.C. § 106(1), as well as the right to refrain from such reproduction.

  • Further, to the extent Plaintiffs elect to pursue statutory rather than actual damages before final judgment, the damages inquiry will likewise be common, if not identical, across Plaintiffs and Proposed Class Members.


More Definitions of Proposed Class Members

Proposed Class Members means all individuals who resided in Washington State and who were employed by EOH as a non-exempt, hourly restaurant worker (including front of house and/or back of house positions) at an Xxxxxxx’x Oyster House restaurant in Washington state at any time during the Settlement Class Period. EOH represents that there are approximately 227 Proposed Class Members.
Proposed Class Members means all individuals who worked as hourly employees for Defendants at any time during the Settlement Class Period, except for 54 employees who signed declarations affirming they received all breaks while working for Defendants and are therefore excluded as a Class Member. The Proposed Class does not include those employees that have entered into settlement agreements with Defendants releasing the claims at issue during the Settlement Class Period. This exclusion does NOT include Plaintiffs nor Class Member Xxxxxx Xxxxxx. Plaintiffs and Xx. Xxxxxx are included in Proposed Class Members.
Proposed Class Members means all individuals who worked one or more shifts as a non-exempt driver and/or helper for Established Moving at any time during the Settlement Class Period. Defendants have identified to Plaintiffs all Proposed Class Member prior to executing this Agreement.
Proposed Class Members means all 195 hourly employees of Caffe Vita within King County (including those of Caffe Vita’s predecessor, Caffe Xxxxx, LLC) who worked at least one four-hour shift at any time during the Settlement Class Period, whose primary job duties include preparing and/or selling coffee, food, and other beverages to Defendants’ customers, and who Defendant has identified to Plaintiff as a Proposed Class Member prior to executing this Agreement.
Proposed Class Members means all individuals who were employed by HRG and who worked one or more shifts at its Meet the Moon and/or Xxxxx x Xxxxx restaurants in a Covered Position (as defined below) at any time during the Class Period. As of April 8, 2021, HRG represents there are approximately 170 Proposed Class Members.
Proposed Class Members means all former employees of JBS Carriers, Inc. who worked as drivers for the Company while residing in the State of Washington at any time between September 5, 2014 and February 5, 2020 and who have been identified by Defendant as such prior to executing this Agreement.
Proposed Class Members means all individuals employed by Arjo in Washington state at any time during the Settlement Class Period in hourly- paid positions.
