Proposal Proceeding definition

Proposal Proceeding means the proceeding commenced by the Company under the BIA, being British Columbia Supreme Court, Vancouver Registry Action No. B-200191.
Proposal Proceeding means the proceeding commenced by the Company under the BIA under Supreme Court of British Columbia Action No. B240063 (Vancouver Registry).
