Property Purchase Price definition

Property Purchase Price. The purchase price determined for the Property or each Unit Component pursuant to Article 3, Paragraph 1, of the Sales Agreement.
Property Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1. “Property Environmental Breach” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(a).

  • If the Manager Parties timely object to the Operating Partnership's initial determination and the difference between the higher amount of the Operating Partnership's determination and the Appraiser's determination does not exceed two percent (2%) of the Operating Partnership's determination, then the Operating Partnership's determination shall be deemed to be the Controlled Property Purchase Price for the applicable Controlled Property.
