Property Management Fee definition

Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.
Property Management Fee shall equal three percent (3%) of Base Rent due from Tenant. Tenant shall pay the Property Management Fee in accordance with Section 9.2 with respect to the entire Term, including any extensions thereof or any holdover periods, regardless of whether Tenant is obligated to pay Base Rent, Operating Expenses or any other Rent with respect to any such period or portion thereof.
Property Management Fee. A fee for property management services rendered by the Advisor or its Affiliates in connection with Properties acquired directly or through foreclosure.

  • For illustrative purposes, the chart below sets forth the incremental increases to Base Rent to account for the Additional Base Rent, subject to adjustment pursuant to this Section 7, to be phased in during the Additional Base Rent Adjustment Period, and the rent chart attached as Exhibit F to this Amendment sets forth the monthly aggregate Base Rent and Property Management Fee for the Term of the Lease, including the adjustments to Base Rent as set forth in the Lease.

Property Management Fee means any fee paid to an Affiliate or third party as compensation for management of the Company's Properties as described in Section 9(c).
