Property Listing means all immovable property units located at the same street address, owned by the same owner and offered for rent on a Platform by the same Seller.

TrustedStays Customers: means, individually and collectively, guests or buyers who make a reservation via the TrustedStays Platform, or potential guests and buyers who enquire about any property that is advertised by or offered on the TrustedStays Platform. TrustedStays Information: the content and information displayed on the Platform. TrustedStays Trademarks: all trademarks, trade names, website domain names, social media names and images, service marks and logos, all whether or not registered, that are owned by or licensed to TrustedStays, including without limitation any relating to the Platform. UK GDPR: means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) (2016/679) as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By using the Platform, you are accepting all the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and any other terms that you are provided with during the Booking Process.
