Property Covered. We will cover the certificateholder’s insured property shown on the Declarations Page.

  • Property Costs means all amounts attributable to the operation and ownership of the Assets reasonably incurred in the ordinary course of business and not in Breach of this Agreement, but excludes any Damages arising out of or resulting from an Environmental Defect identified by or on behalf of Buyer pursuant to Article 11, which Environmental Defect commenced prior to the Effective Time and for which Environmental Defect Buyer does not receive a reduction of the Purchase Price equal to the Environmental Defect Value. For purposes of allocating revenues, production, proceeds, income, accounts receivable, and products under this Section, (i) liquid hydrocarbons produced into storage facilities will be deemed to be “from or attributable to” the Xxxxx when they pass through the pipeline connecting into the storage facilities into which they are run, and (ii) gaseous hydrocarbons and liquid hydrocarbons produced into pipelines will be deemed to be “from or attributable to” the Xxxxx when they pass through the delivery point sales meters on the pipelines through which they are transported. In order to accomplish the foregoing allocation of production, the parties shall rely upon gauging, metering, and strapping procedures conducted by Seller, with prior notice to Buyer and right of Buyer to witness such procedures, on or about the Effective Time to the extent possible and, unless demonstrated to be inaccurate, shall utilize reasonable interpolating procedures to arrive at an allocation of production when exact gauging, metering, and strapping data is not available on hand as of the Effective Time. Freestanding Facilities may also be referred to as Outpatient Freestanding Facilities. GROUP POLICY or POLICY.....means the agreement between Blue Cross and Blue Shield and the Group, any addenda, this Certificate, the Group’s application and the Plan, as appropriate, along with any exhibits, appendices, addenda and/or other required information and the individual application(s) of the persons covered under the benefit program. HABILITATIVE SERVICES....means Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and other services prescribed by a Physician pursuant to a treatment plan to enhance the ability of a child to function with a Congenital, Genetic, or Early Acquired Disorder. These services may include Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, speech language pathology, and other services for a Covered Person with disabilities in a variety of Inpatient and/or Outpatient settings, with coverage as described in the Certificate. HEARING AID.....means any wearable non-disposable, non-experimental instrument or device designed to aid or compensate for impaired human hearing and any parts, attachments, or accessories for the instrument or device, including an ear mold. HEARING CARE PROFESSIONAL. means a person who is a licensed Hearing Aid dispenser, licensed audiologist, or licensed physician operating within the scope of such license. HOME INFUSION THERAPY PROVIDER. means a duly licensed home infusion therapy provider, when operating within the scope of such license. PARTICIPATING HOME INFUSION THERAPY PROVIDER… means a Home Infusion Therapy Provider who has a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide Covered Services to participants in the benefit program at the time Covered Services are rendered. NON-PARTICIPATING HOME INFUSION THERAPY PROVIDER… means a Home Infusion Therapy Provider who does not have a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide Covered Services to participants in the benefit program at the time Covered Services are rendered. HOSPICE CARE PROGRAM PROVIDER.....means an organization duly licensed to provide Hospice Care Program Service, when operating within the scope of such license. PARTICIPATING HOSPICE CARE PROGRAM PROVIDER… means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide Covered Services to participants in the benefit program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider that has been designated by any Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider in the benefit program. NON-PARTICIPATING HOSPICE CARE PROGRAM PROVIDER… means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either:

  • Intellectual Property Collateral means, collectively, the Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Intellectual Property Licenses and Goodwill.

  • Insured Property means the vessel, including the power units, accessories and equipment. “Parasailing” means using your vessel to tow a person in a device designed for flight. “Waterskiing” means using your vessel to tow a person on water skis or flotation devices.

  • Closing Date Mortgaged Property as defined in Section 3.1(i).

  • Hazard Insurance Policy means, with respect to each Contract, the policy of fire and extended coverage insurance (and federal flood insurance, if the Manufactured Home is secured by an FHA/VA Contract and such Manufactured Home is located in a federally designated special flood area) required to be maintained for the related Manufactured Home, as provided in Section 5.09, and which, as provided in said Section 5.09, may be a blanket mortgage impairment policy maintained by the Servicer in accordance with the terms and conditions of said Section 5.09.
