Properly Documented Invoice means an invoice submitted by Supplier through Buyer's electronic purchasing system that contains:
Properly Documented Invoice means a written statement from Supplier to Buyer, containing: (i) Buyer’s Purchase Order Number, (ii) Date of Purchase Order; (iii) Delivery Destination; (iv) Description and Quantity of the Goods and Services provided; (v) date the Goods were delivered, or Services provided; (vi) for each of the individual Goods and Services: Purchase Order Line No., UOM, Unit Price, Extended Price, Freight Charges (if applicable), Taxes, Discounts, and total amount requested; (vii) reference to the Payment Terms; and

Examples of Properly Documented Invoice in a sentence

  • Upon delivery of Products or completion of Services, Supplier shall invoice Buyer by sending a Properly Documented Invoice within thirty (30) days.

  • Payment terms shall be Net thirty (30) days upon receipt of a Properly Documented Invoice, unless otherwise provided in the PO.

  • Proper Invoice means a written request for Payment that is submitted by a Contractor setting forth the description, price or cost, and quantity of goods, property or services delivered or rendered, in such form, and supported by such other substantiating documentation, as NYSERDA may reasonably require, including but not limited to any requirements set forth in Exhibits A or B to this Agreement; and addressed to NYSERDA’s Controller, marked “Attention: Accounts Payable,” at the Designated Payment Office.

  • Valid Invoice means an invoice containing the detailed information set out in clause C2 (Payment and VAT).

  • Properly Shredded Garbage means the wastes from the preparation, cooking, and dispensing of food that have been shredded to such a degree that all particles will be carried freely under the flow conditions normally prevailing in public sewers, with no particle greater than one-half (1/2) inch (1.27 centimeters) in any dimension.

  • Monthly Invoice means an invoice issued in accordance with section 21 by MDL or the Incentives Pool Trustee to a Shipper or Welded Party for all Charges payable in respect of the previous Month by that Shipper or Welded Party, together with any outstanding amounts in respect of any Month prior to the previous Month.

  • Shipment means a volume of products offered to and accepted by Carrier for transportation.

  • Practice of pharmacy means providing pharmacist care requiring specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill derived from the principles of biological, chemical, behavioral, social, pharmaceutical, and clinical sciences. As used in this division, "pharmacist care" includes the following:

  • Transportation Expense means the cost of Medically Necessary conveyance, personnel, and services or supplies.

  • Recovered materials means metal, paper, glass, plastic, textile, or rubber materials that have known recycling potential, can be feasibly recycled, and have been diverted and source separated or have been removed from the solid waste stream for sale, use, or reuse as raw materials, whether or not the materials require subsequent processing or separation from each other, but does not include materials destined for any use that constitutes disposal. Recovered materials as described above are not solid waste.

  • Dependent Care Expenses means employment-related expenses incurred on behalf of a person who meets the requirements to be a "Qualifying Individual," as defined in the first bulleted item below. All of the following conditions must be met for such expenses to qualify as Dependent Care Expenses that are eligible for reimbursement:

  • Routine patient care costs means Covered Medical Expenses which are typically provided absent a clinical trial and not otherwise excluded under the Policy. Routine patient care costs do not include:

  • Invoices means Consumption Invoices, Reconciliation Invoices or invoices in respect of any other Charges due to us from you pursuant to this Supply Contract;

  • Practice of acupuncture means the stimulation of certain points on or near the surface of the body

  • Transportation Costs means a component of the Charges, comprising those charges payable to the TNO and/or DNO for the use of their networks as applicable from time to time under the Industry Agreements including those charges more specifically referred to as “DUoS” and “TNUoS” and specified as “Included in the Unit Rate”, “Fixed” or “Pass-Through” in the Quotation Document or as otherwise notified to you as payable during the Supply Contract from time to time;

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Tax Invoice means the document as required by Section 20 of the VAT Act, as may be amended from time to time;

  • FOR Destination costs means the cost of equipment and material at the consignee’s stores. The cost is exclusive of Excise duty, Sales Tax and other Local Taxes, but is inclusive of packing, forwarding and insurance and freight charges.

  • Freight forwarding services means the activity consisting of organising and monitoring shipment operations on behalf of shippers, through the acquisition of transport and related services, preparation of documentation and provision of business information.

  • Received Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are received by the Contractor or a Subcontractor from the Province or any other person;
