proper officer (“swyddog priodol”) means an officer of that council within the meaning of section 270(3) of the Local Government Act 1972; and
Executive Officers means the Company's “executive officers” as defined in 12 C.F.R. § 215.2(e)(1) (regardless of whether or not such regulation is applicable to the Company).
Senior Officers has the meaning as set forth in Section 4.3.
Officers Certificate” means a certificate signed on behalf of the Company by two Officers of the Company, one of whom must be the principal executive officer, the principal financial officer, the treasurer or the principal accounting officer of the Company, that meets the requirements of Section 12.05 hereof.
Named Executive Officers or “NEOs” means the following individuals:
Principal officers for a corporation means the officers designated under Subsection 31A-5-203(3).
Designated Officers means and includes, individually or jointly, the President, the Vice President, the Business Administrator, and the Secretary of the Board of School Directors (and their appropriate successors acting by reason of absence or other incapacity), being those duly elected or appointed and acting officials of the Local Government Unit hereby authorized to undertake and perform the actions herein specified, which are necessary and proper to the issuance of the Bonds and compliance with the Debt Act.
Corporation’s Auditors means such firm of chartered accountants as the Corporation may have appointed or may from time to time appoint as auditors of the Corporation, including prior auditors of the Corporation, as applicable;
The Board of Directors or "Board" means all those persons appointed to perform the duties of directors of the society;

Executive Committee means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the Commission.
Company Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.
County officers means those county officers that are required by law to be
Senior Executive Officers means the Company's "senior executive officers" as defined in subsection 111(b)(3) of the EESA and regulations issued thereunder, including the rules set forth in 31 C.F.R. Part 30.
Authorised Officers means an officer of each Partner appointed to be that Partner's representative for the purpose of this Agreement.
Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.
entire Board of Directors means the total number of directors which the Corporation would have if there were no vacancies.
labour officer means a person appointed as the Commissioner of Labour, a Senior Deputy Commissioner of Labour, a Deputy Commissioner of Labour, an Assistant Commissioner of Labour, a Chief Industrial Relations Officer, a Deputy Chief Industrial Relations Officer, a Senior Labour Officer, an Industrial Relations Officer or a Labour Officer;
the President means the Board of Governors, IISER Bhopal.
CCLS Chief means the manager, or successor, of Central Contracts and Legal Services or successor section or office.
Executive commissioner means the executive
Executive Officer means, with respect to any corporation, the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President, Executive Vice President, any Vice President, the Secretary or the Treasurer of such corporation; and with respect to any partnership, any general partner xxxxxxx.
Register of Directors and Officers means the Register of Directors and Officers referred to in these Bye-laws;
the Board means the board of directors of the Company;
Review Officer means the officer of the Adviser designated from time to time by the Adviser to receive and review reports of purchases and sales by Access Persons. The term “Alternative Review Officer” means the officer of the Adviser designated from time to time by the Adviser to receive and review reports of purchases and sales by the Review Officer, and who shall act in all respects in the manner prescribed herein for the Review Officer. It is recognized that a different Review Officer and Alternative Review Officer may be designated with respect to each Adviser.
