Propane Tank means a refillable or non-refillable metal container rated at a capacity of less than 46kg (100lb), which is used to contain liquefied petroleum gases used as fuel.

More Definitions of Propane Tank

Propane Tank means a pre-filled propane cylinder of the type supplied during the Class Period by AmeriGas and Ferrellgas and which during the Class Period has been commonly filled with 15 pounds of propane.
Propane Tank means (i) a propane fuel storage tank with a capacity of not more than two hundred (200) gallons located outside the Building on the Truck Court, above-ground; and (ii) all ancillary containment vessels, pipe, ventilation systems and equipment. The Propane Tank shall be for the sole purpose of providing Tenant a supply of propane to refill the separate portable propane tanks mounted on fork lifts used at the Premises.
