Promotional Products definition

Promotional Products. The quantity of each Licensed Product that Licensee shall provide to NFLP at no cost during each Fiscal Year for use in connection with NFLP's Promotional Programs, as defined in Paragraph 5 of this License.
Promotional Products means an item or product that we offer to send you in addition to the Goods you have purchased and at no additional cost to you.
Promotional Products. Any goods or services which are used to advertise or promote any Licensed Services, such as t-shirts, golf balls, pens and the like, but not any products or services that, in Licensor's opinion acting in good faith, are not fairly characterized as being used for advertisement or promotion.

  • If Licensee wishes to use the Licensed Marks on any goods or services other than Licensed Services and Promotional Products or on any goods or services or in any territory not expressly granted by this Agreement, it may request a grant of such license from Licensor.

  • PRODUCTS In addition to the Promotional Products provided at no cost by Licensee, NFLP, the NFL and its Member Clubs shall have the right to purchase any of the Licensed Products in any quantity at the minimum wholesale price, excluding Royalty payments, that Licensee charges to its best customer, that NFLP will not require Licensee to pay a Royalty on such sales.


More Definitions of Promotional Products

Promotional Products means any products that will be used by S&W or any Affiliate for promotional purposes or giveaway purposes, and not directly tied to a revenue generating transaction. The exclusivity provisions of Section 3.4, Right of First Proposal provisions of Section 3.5 and any other restrictions in this Agreement shall not apply to Promotional Products.
Promotional Products means any products that will be used by S&W or any Affiliate for promotional purposes or giveaway purposes, and not directly tied to a revenue generating transaction. Licensee’s exclusive rights hereunder, the first offer provisions of Section 2.2 and any other restrictions in this Agreement shall not apply to Promotional Products. Except to the extent that Licensee’s rights are non-exclusive, or that S&W otherwise reserves rights with respect to the Licensed Trademarks under this Agreement, during the term of this Agreement, S&W shall not license any third party to use the Licensed Trademarks for the manufacture or sale of any product in any product category listed in Schedule A-1. All rights not granted to Licensee in this Agreement are reserved by and to S&W.
Promotional Products means customized silicone wristbands and customized pin buttons that Defendants sold to customers.
Promotional Products shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.6.
Promotional Products means accessories, goods and merchandise, including books and written material, that (1) use any of the Marks and (2) are distributed for the purpose of promoting or advertising the Resort and increasing and improving the business thereof and (3) for which the Purchaser charges the buyer thereof no more than the actual costs of production and distribution thereof and not for the purpose of making a profit on the sale thereof.
Promotional Products as used herein shall mean products distributed free for promotional purposes. Promotional Products may bear the Marks only in association with Project names.
