PROMOTIONAL PLAN definition

PROMOTIONAL PLAN means an annual strategic plan for the Co-Promotion of the Product by Amylin and Lilly in the Co-Promotion Territory developed by the JCC as part of the Commercialization Plan.
PROMOTIONAL PLAN has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(C), below.
