Promotion Policy definition

Promotion Policy means the Department process governing the qualification and promotion procedures of Members.

  • Allocation Policy means the allocation policy of the Company adopted by the Managing Member in accordance with Section 5.1.

You confirm that you have read and agree to our Order Execution Policy as published from time to time on our Online Trading Facility. We will notify you of any material changes to our Order Execution Policy, but it is your responsibility to check for any other changes to our Order Execution Policy as published from time to time on our Online Trading Facility. We will consider the continued placement of Orders by you to constitute your continued consent to our Order Execution Policy as in effect from time to time.
