The closing of the transactions contemplated hereby (the “Closing”) shall take place at the offices of Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxx LLP in Chicago, Illinois at 8 a.m. on the date hereof, or at such other place or on such other date and time as may be mutually agreeable to the Parties.
