Project Works definition

Project Works. ’ means the physical structures of a project;

Project Works means: all constructions, installations, facilities, equipment, supplies and infrastructure of a temporary or permanent nature comprising the Project or required for implementing the Project;

Project Works means the design, development and construction of the Project at the Site and any other works contemplated in the Project Documents in relation to the Project.

Examples of Project Works in a sentence

• The Contractor shall obtain at its cost such facilities on or outside the Site as may be required by it for the purposes of the Project Works and the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.

• The Contractor undertakes to complete the minor outstanding items of works in respect of those Sections of the Project Works for which the Provisional Certificate has been issued, within a period of 30 (thirty) days of the date of Provisional Certificate, and those parts of the Works in respect of which Time Extension has been granted, within the extended period thereof.

• For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that use of the Site under this Clause 9.3 shall not in any manner relieve the Contractor of its obligation to construct and maintain the Project Works in accordance with this Agreement and any damage caused by such use shall be restored forthwith at the cost of the Employer.

• Save and except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, in the event that the Project Works or any part thereof suffers any loss or damage during the Maintenance from any cause attributable to the Contractor, the Contractor shall, at its cost and expense, rectify and remedy such loss or damage forthwith so that the Project Works conforms to the provisions of this Agreement.

• The proceeds from all insurance claims, except for life and injury, shall be applied for any necessary repair, reconstruction, reinstatement, replacement, improvement, delivery or installation of the Project Works and the provisions of this Agreement in respect of construction of works shall apply mutatis mutandis to the works undertaken out of the proceeds of insurance.

More Definitions of Project Works

Project Works means all works or facilities as described in the Settlement Act, 28 including a reservoir, a pumping plant, a reservoir inlet conduit, and Appurtenant Facilities, not 29 including recreation facilities, with sufficient capacity to divert and store water from the Animas 30 River for an average annual depletion of 57,100 acre-feet of water to be used for an M&I water 1 supply, together with lands and rights-of-way for such works, as described in Article 2.

Project Works means the supply, configuration, implementation, testing and documentation of the Device, SDK/API, Device Drivers and the network components and its integration with the Merchant Application, which runs on Android/Windows based mobile/tablet and thereafter the maintenance for the device/drivers/SDK’s at the respective merchant/bank/customer locations.

Project Works means the physical things and works which a PPP Co, the State Works Contractor or the NB Works Contractor must design, supply, construct, install, produce or complete under this deed, the State Works Deed, the EWAG Works Deed or the NB Works Deed including:

Project Works means the design, development and construction of the Cotai Project.

Project Works means the design, development and construction of the Project and any other works contemplated by the Project Documents.
