Project Service definition

Project Service means the services described in Schedule 3 that shall be performed by the Vendor in accordance with this Agreement;

Examples of Project Service in a sentence

  • Each change order shall include time and monetary impacts of the change, whether the change order is considered alone or with all other changes during the course of the Project/Service.

  • The Project/Service shall be deemed to be completed on the date the work is considered complete to the satisfaction of the COUNTY.

  • When the Project/Service or any portion thereof, as designated by the COUNTY, is ready for its intended use, the COUNTY and any other invited parties shall make an inspection of the Project/Service, to verify its completeness and develop a punch list of items needing completion or correction before final payment will be made.

  • Unless otherwise specified within the contract documents, all materials to be used to complete the Project/Service, except where recycled content is specifically requested, shall be new, unused, of recent manufacture, and suitable for its intended purpose.

  • In the event of an emergency affecting the safety or protection of persons, or the work or property at the Project/Service site or adjacent thereto, the CONTRACTOR, without special instruction or authorization from the COUNTY, is obligated to act to prevent threatened damage, injury or loss.

  • CONTRACTOR shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals and permits to complete the Project/Service.

  • In the event the COUNTY determines ID badges are necessary, the COUNTY will provide CONTRACTOR with ID badges and CONTRACTOR agrees to enforce that its employees, whether employed by CONTRACTOR or a subcontractor, wear such ID badge while working on site for the Project/Service.

  • The final inspection shall be completed within five (5) business days of receipt of notification from the CONTRACTOR that the Project/Service is ready.

  • CONTRACTOR shall at all times have at the Project/Service site as its agent a competent superintendent capable and thoroughly experienced in the type of work being performed, who shall receive instructions from the COUNTY.

  • CONTRACTOR’s acceptance of final payment shall constitute a full waiver of any and all claims by the CONTRACTOR against the COUNTY arising out of the contract or otherwise related to the Project/Service, except those previously made in writing and identified by CONTRACTOR as unsettled at the time the final estimate is prepared.

Related to Project Service

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

  • Direct service means providing services to minor or vulnerable adult when the services are rendered in the physical presence of the minor or vulnerable adult. Services include, but are not limited to: providing individual services such as counseling, mentoring, job coaching, training, job search activities, testing or providing mental health and medical services to DWS customers.   • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Transit Service means the delivery of Transit Traffic.
