Project Schedules definition

Project Schedules means, collectively, each project schedule attached to each EPC Contract on the date hereof.
Project Schedules means, collectively, the project schedules delivered by Borrower in respect of the Initial Projects or the Lost Pines Project or otherwise pursuant to Section 3.3.26 of the Credit Agreement.
Project Schedules means the schedule or schedules prepared by Program Manager and approved by Owner for execution of each of the Projects.

Examples of Project Schedules in a sentence

  • In addition to the Preliminary Contract Plan and Schedule, Contractor shall submit a final contract Project Schedules and any updates or revisions to contract Project Schedules to the Hastings Representative(s), who will determine the acceptability of the contract Project Schedules and any such updates in the form and within the time limits required by the Specifications.

  • The term Project Schedule as used throughout the Contract shall include any Updated Project Schedules approved in writing by Princeton University.

  • Notwithstanding the preceding or any approvals by Princeton University of any Updated Project Schedules or anything in this Contract to the contrary, any change to the Required Substantial Completion Date or any of the Schedule Milestones shall only be pursuant to a Change Order signed by Princeton University.

  • Updated Project Schedule(s) shall be subject to Princeton University’s written approval, shall not change the previously established Required Substantial Completion Date or any of the Schedule Milestones, and shall not be binding upon Princeton University in any manner unless or until Princeton University has approved such Updated Project Schedule, subject to any qualifications in such approval and all other terms of this Contract.

  • Contractor will engage directly in the Princeton University cloud-based scheduling environment to maintain and submit Updated Project Schedules for Princeton University review.

  • In addition to the Updated Project Schedule(s), and any other reports required under Clause E1, Contractor shall provide monthly progress reports (in narrative form) that analyze and comment on issues in the Updated Project Schedule.

  • Updated Project Schedule(s) shall be subject to Princeton University’s written approval, shall not change the previously established Scheduled Completion Date or the Schedule Milestones, and shall not be binding upon Princeton University until Princeton University has approved such Updated Project Schedule.

  • Project Schedules will consist of multiple work assignments given by the OWNER.

  • Unless otherwise provided herein, Work shall commence on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed and all Project Schedules shall be based upon that date.

  • The Project Schedules for the Work, for both Design Services and Construction Services, shall be provided according to Section 2.1.4.


More Definitions of Project Schedules

Project Schedules has the meaning given in Section 3.1(aa) of the Financing Agreement.
Project Schedules means the schedule or schedules approved by Owner for execution of each of the Projects.
Project Schedules means collectively the Project Schedule and Milestone Summary Schedule.
Project Schedules means, collectively, each schedule for the construction and completion of the Projects as a whole, each as set forth in the schedule attached as Exhibit H-5 to the Credit Agreement.
Project Schedules means the Joint Development and Construction Schedule, the Joint Drilling Schedule and the Construction Contract Schedule.

Related to Project Schedules

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the Project.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • BASE budget means the minimum general fund budget of a district, which includes 80% of the basic

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Additional Work to mean additions or deletions or modifications to the amount, type or value of the Work and Services as required in this Contract, as directed and/or approved by the County.

  • Punchlist means a list of items of Work to be completed or corrected by Contractor after Substantial Completion. Punchlists indicate items to be finished, remaining Work to be performed, or Work that does not meet quality or quantity requirements as required in the Contract Documents.
