Project Rights definition

Project Rights means all approvals, authorisations, authorities, certificates, consents, declarations, directions, easements, leases, licences, notices, permits, renewals, rights, tenures or titles:

  • The Purchaser’s Project Rights and obligations under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Purchaser shall not sell, lease or otherwise dispose of all or substantially all of its electric system to any Person (“Acquiring Entity”) unless the Acquiring Entity shall assume and agree to fully perform and discharge the Project Rights and Obligations under this Agreement, and such Acquiring Entity shall have a corporate or long-term senior unsecured credit rating not less than investment grade.
