Project Requirements definition

Project Requirements means the statement included in the Request for Proposal detailing the technical and other requirements of Canada which are to be met by the successful Bidder, and which are to be addressed in the Bid;
Project Requirements means collectively the Construction Requirements, and O&M Requirements or any of them as the context may admit or require.
Project Requirements means the Province’s specifications and requirements for the Project, as set out in Schedule 18 (Technical Requirements), and including any amendments made or deemed to be made from time to time pursuant to any provision of this Agreement;

More Definitions of Project Requirements

Project Requirements. A document developed and published that contains the criteria necessary for the design of a Project.
Project Requirements means any requirements of Select notified to the Supplier in writing and specific to the particular Site or project for which the Plant is ordered.

Project Requirements means all standards, specifications, procedures, design criteria, design and professional practice guidelines and other requirements applicable to the Project Work, including the Design, the Construction, and all other design activities and Construction, all as set out in this Agreement as at the Effective Date and as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time after the Effective Date in accordance with this Agreement, and includes the Design and Construction Requirements.
