Project Programme definition

Project Programme means the purpose for which the Grant has been awarded as described in the Offer of Grant;

Project Programme means the programme for delivery of the Vision and Process Objectives established pursuant to paragraph 11

Project Programme means the agricultural development operation described in a financing agreement subject to the General Conditions.

• Prior to the commencement of works, the successful bidder shall arrange through the office of the Ubuhlebezwe Municipality and/or the appointed Project/Programme Manager to be introduced to the appropriate Municipal structures and to be briefed upon any sensitivities that need to be observed.

More Definitions of Project Programme

Project Programme means a project or programme that has been provided with financing by or through IFAD, by means of a loan and/or grant.

Project Programme means the project programme (if any) attached to the Order or otherwise agreed between the parties;

Project Programme means the programme agreed between the Parties setting out the stages and timescales of the Project Activities to be carried out for the Project and a copy of which is provided at Schedule 6 (Project Programme) to this Agreement; “Project Specific Conditions” means those conditions which are specific to the Project and are set out in Schedule 1 (Project Specific Conditions) to this Agreement; “Public Sector Financial Assistance” includes all funding received or receivable by the Grant Recipient from public sector bodies including for this purpose funding from the European Commission, government bodies (whether national or local) or bodies in receipt of lottery funds from the National Lottery Distribution Fund pursuant to the National Lotteries Acts 1993 and 1998; “Request for Information” means any request for Information or an apparent request under the FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations (as appropriate); “Site” means the land shown for the purpose of identification only edged in red on the Plan including any part thereof and also includes any estate or interest therein; "Start Date" means [INSERT DATE] being the date [the Application was submitted by the Grant Recipient] [OR] [of this Agreement]; “State Aid Rules” means the law embodied in Articles 107 to 109 of Section 2, Title VII, of the Common Rules on Competition, Taxation and Approximation of the TFEU; “TFEU” means the Consolidated Versions of the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (2008/C 115/01); "VAT" means any value added tax as provided for in the Value Added Tax Act 1994 or any other tax of similar nature; and “Working Day” means any day from Monday to Friday (inclusive) which is not a statutory bank holiday in England.

Project Programme means the development programme set out in Part 3 of Schedule 1
