Project Preparation Advance definition

Project Preparation Advance is modified to read “Preparation Advance” and its definition is modified to read as follows:

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advances granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated September 21, 1989, October 13, 1989, June 17, 1991, April 5, 1991 and December 9, 1991 between the Borrower and the Association;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Recipient pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Association on November 25, 2003, and on behalf of the Recipient on December 10, 2003.

Examples of Project Preparation Advance in a sentence

• The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Financing in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the General Conditions and of this Section and such additional instructions as the Association shall specify by notice to the Recipient, to: (a) repay the Project Preparation Advance in accordance with Section 2.07 of the General Conditions; and (b) finance other Eligible Expenditures.

• The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Financing in accordance with the provisions of this Section and such additional instructions as the Association shall specify by notice to the Recipient to: (a) repay the Project Preparation Advance in accordance with Section 2.07 of the General Conditions; and (b) finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below.

• The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Financing in accordance with the provisions of this Section and such additional instructions as the Association may specify by notice to the Recipient to: (a) repay the Project Preparation Advance in accordance with Section 2.07 of the General Conditions; and (b) finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below.

• The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Financing in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the General Conditions and of this Section and such additional instructions as the Association shall specify by notice to the Recipient, to (a) repay the Project Preparation Advance in accordance with Section 2.07 of the General Conditions; and (b) finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below.

• The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Financing in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the General Conditions and of this Section and such additional instructions as the Association shall specify by notice to the Recipient, to (a) repay the Project Preparation Advance in accordance with Section 2.07 of the General Conditions; and (b) finance 100% of other Eligible Expenditures.

More Definitions of Project Preparation Advance

Project Preparation Advance means the advance referred to in Section 2.07 of the General Conditions, granted by the Association to the Recipient pursuant to:

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated November 7, 1997 and November 25, 1997, and October 7, 1998 and October 22, 1998 respectively, between the Borrower and the Association;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Administrator to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated December 25, 1995 and February 5, 1996 between the Borrower and the Administrator;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the International Development Association (the Association) to the Borrower pursuant to the letter agreement signed on behalf of the Association on April 07, 2005 and on behalf of the Borrower on May 11, 2005;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters, dated January 13, 1994 and February 1, 1994, between the Borrower and the Association;

Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated April 8, 1998 and April 16, 1998 between the Borrower and the Association.

Project Preparation Advance means the project prepara- tion advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated July 31, 1986 and December 30, 1986, between the Borrower and the Association;
