Project Personnel definition

Project Personnel means, with respect to the project hereunder, the employees or other personnel of each party responsible for such project.
Project Personnel means Research Staff(s) and Research Assistant(s) collectively or individually. All Project Personnel shall be identified in Appendix 2 which is to be updated at least once a year.
Project Personnel means any employee, consultant, agent, contractor or subcontractor (or an employee, consultant, agent, contractor or subcontractor thereof) engaged by you for the project;

  • Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, each party will use all reasonable efforts to maintain the same personnel on its project team unless replacement is necessitated by the resignation, extended illness, incapacity or death of specific Project Personnel.

  • If the Contractor (or Subcontractor) wishes to add an agent, employee, or independent contractor as Project Persons during the term of this Agreement, the Contractor shall complete and submit to the Authority an additional or revised Certificate Verifying Project Personnel of the Contractor / Subcontractor (“Certificate”), attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B, for that employee, agent, or independent contractor.

  • The Contractor further acknowledges and agrees that such personnel may be subject to the evaluation and approval of the Authority, who shall retain the right to determine the sufficiency of the education, competence and experience of the personnel assigned to perform the Products and Services identified in Project Personnel (“Exhibit B”) attached and incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Project Personnel with confirmed positive drug test results will have their site access revoked.

  • The use of prescription drugs not prescribed directly to Project Personnel is prohibited, including the use of drugs prescribed to a spouse or domestic partner.


More Definitions of Project Personnel

Project Personnel means any personnel appointed, hired or assigned for implementation of the project activities.
Project Personnel means all individuals dedicated to the CityCenter Project (or the Crystals Component thereof) on a full time basis and performing services in the name of the CityCenter Project (or the Crystals Component thereof), regardless of the identity of the employer of such individuals.
Project Personnel means all employees, consultants, contractors and agents of MCIT engaged in the performance of the Project.

Project Personnel means all individuals dedicated to the Condo-Hotel (or any component thereof) on a full time basis and performing services in the name of the Condo-Hotel (or any component thereof), regardless of the identity of the employer of such individuals, including, but not limited to, the Key Personnel.
Project Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
Project Personnel means the permanent or temporary employees or representatives of, Construction Manager or employed or retained at a Facility solely to provide Services relating to the Facility.
