Project Partnership definition

Project Partnership means a partnership, limited liability company, corporation or other entity, if any, formed for the ownership and development of the Project and in which the Company is a partner, member or owner, as applicable to the particular type of entity. 1.96
Project Partnership shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.1.
Project Partnership means Mont Sainte-Xxxxxxxxxx Wind Farm L.P., a limited partnership formed in accordance with the Civil Code of Québec;

Examples of Project Partnership in a sentence

  • Pattern has caused the O&M Provider to provide operation and maintenance services to the Project in accordance with the O&M Contract between the O&M Provider and the Project Partnership.

More Definitions of Project Partnership

Project Partnership any of the limited partnerships identified on Schedule 1(O) attached hereto (collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Project Partnerships”).

Project Partnership means a partnership or proposed partnership with a Proposed Project Partner for the purposes of developing a FIT Project, LRP Project or Identified Transmission Project, as applicable.
Project Partnership means Crosswinds Houston Limited Partnership, a Florida limited partnership;
Project Partnership. As defined in the first Whereas clause of this Agreement.
Project Partnership or "Project Partnerships" shall have the meaning set forth in the Background Statement of this Agreement.
