Project Parties definition

Project Parties means each of:
Project Parties means the Material Project Parties and each other Person from time to time party to a Project Document (other than the Borrower).

Examples of Project Parties in a sentence

  • Prior to the start of the Project, Parties will identify and agree on the Background Information that they will make available for the purpose of executing the Project.

  • The Borrower and the Project Parties shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the IFAD Policy on Preventing and Responding to Sexual Harassment, Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, as may be amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Project Parties

Project Parties means all building contractors and building industry participants who perform work in relation to the Activity, the Project or a Sub-Project, and where applicable, may include Proponents, subcontractors, consultants and employees; and
Project Parties means the participants in a Project including the Company.

Project Parties means, collectively, the Credit Parties, CFE, the Shareholders, the Principal Subcontractors, and the parties (other than the Borrower) to each Additional Project Contract.
