Project Parcel means a portion of the project area that is the

Project Parcel. The land, together with all required appurtenant easements thereto, which is necessary for the siting, construction and proper operation of the Ammonia Project as described on Exhibit K hereto. Responsible Officer: The President, any Vice President or Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer of the general partner of Agent, or any other officer or similar official of the general partner of Agent responsible for the administration of the obligations of Agent with respect to this Agreement.
Project Parcel means the Project Site having the legal description set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, which Project Parcel is also the area designated for the RPA 1A(II) Redevelopment Project as described in the Redevelopment Plan and the Redevelopment Agreement.
