Project Parameters definition

Project Parameters means: (a) the Product Design Requirements (“PDR”); (b) the Product Specification Document (“PSD”) which includes the specifications for the applicable Instrument (“Specifications”); (c) the Reliability Program Plan; (d) the Project Planning Documents, including the Project Schedule, containing a list of Milestones and the dates of completion for those Milestones; (e) the Project Proposal; (f) Acceptance Criteria; and (g)
Project Parameters means the parameters for the authorised works as set out in tables 4-21 to 4-30 of the updated chapter 4 of updated environmental information forming part of the environmental statement and carrying document reference MOR-RHDHV-DOC-0004 version F:0 dated October 2019;
Project Parameters means, with respect to any Project, the requirements that such Project (i) is located within a Targeted Country and (ii) meets or exceeds the Target IRR for such Targeted Country as set forth in the Business Plan and the applicable Base Case Model.

More Definitions of Project Parameters

Project Parameters means: (a) the Product Requirements Document (PRD) Specifications; (b) the Product Specification Document (“PSD”); and (c) the project planning documents, including the Project Schedule, containing a list of project milestones and the dates of completion for those milestones. The preliminary Project Parameters, as they exist as of the Effective Date, are attached to the Development Agreement as Exhibit B. The revised Project Parameters will be established during Phase 1 of the development project and are subject to further revision after Phase 1 in accordance with the terms of Section 2.3(c) of the Development Agreement.
Project Parameters means the proposed parameters of the Project which the City utilized to calculate the Utility Incentive Fund identified in this Agreement which is the total square footage under air condition for the Project.
Project Parameters means the parameters for the authorised works as set out in tables 4-21 to 4-28 of the environmental statement;
Project Parameters means the number of Wind Turbines that have been Placed In Service and the date that each Wind Turbine was Placed In Service.

Related to Project Parameters

  • Project Party means each Person (other than the Borrowers) who is a party to a Project Document.

  • Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Implementation means all steps which the Grantee undertakes in order to deliver the Project which is being supported by funding provided under this Grant Contract. Any reference to UK primary legislation (Acts) or secondary legislation (Statutory Instruments) in this Grant Contract includes reference to any changes to or replacement of those Acts or Statutory Instruments.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. Interface Pricing Point:

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

  • Material support and resources means currency or monetary instruments or financial securities, financial services, lodging, training, expert advice or assistance, safehouses, false documentation or identification, communications equipment, facilities, weapons, lethal substances, explosives, personnel, transportation, and other physical assets, except medicine or religious materials.”

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Parameter means a physical, biological, or chemical property of state water when a value of that

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Operational Control means Security monitoring, adjustment of generation and transmission resources, coordinating and approval of changes in transmission status for maintenance, determination of changes in transmission status for reliability, coordination with other Balancing Authority Areas and Reliability Coordinators, voltage reductions and load shedding, except that each legal owner of generation and transmission resources continues to physically operate and maintain its own facilities.

  • Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the Project.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.
