Project Objective definition

Project Objective means the objective(s) of the Project as stated in the Proposal.

Project Objective has the meaning provided in Section 1.2. Provider means (a) any entity of the Government that receives or uses MCC Funding or any other Program Asset in carrying out activities in furtherance of this Compact or (b) any third party that receives at least US$50,000 in the aggregate of MCC Funding (other than as salary or compensation as an employee of an entity of the Government) during the Compact Term.
