Project Manual definition

Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.

Project Manual means a written volume assembled for the Trade Contractor Work by the Trade Contractor that includes specific instructions to the Project Team setting forth the requirements, policies and procedures for performance and execution of the Trade Contractor’s Design Services and Trade Contractor Work.

Project Manual means System documentation which includes, but is not limited to, System Design Schematics, equipment data sheets, Construction Documents, As-Built drawings, and System operation and emergency instructions provided by Licensee to Trustees pursuant to Section 9.5.
