Project Management Plan definition

Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;
Project Management Plan or “PMP” means a document prepared for the purposes ofdefining how the project is executed, monitored, and controlled.

  • Developer’s compensation for preparation and submission of each of the Deliverables for the Initial Scope of Work identified in Exhibit J of this Agreement, including its proposed Master Development Plan, Master Financial Plan and Project Management Plan shall be the lump sum prices for each Milestone set forth in Exhibit H.

  • For the first 12 months after issuance of the Project NTP2, Developer shall work closely with TxDOT to prepare the Master Development Plan and the Master Financial Plan, both in compliance with the procedures set forth in the approved Project Management Plan for the Project and in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement.

  • During such 30-day period, TxDOT and Developer shall meet and mutually agree as to which components and concepts contained in the Project Management Plan and Quality Management Plan submitted with Developer’s Proposal shall be incorporated into the revised Project Management Plan for the Project.

  • At all times Developer shall perform its Work in accordance with the Project Management Plan and any amendments thereto.

  • Within 30 days after issuance of Project NTP1, Developer shall consolidate and revise the Project Management Plan and the Quality Management Plan submitted with the Proposal such that the resulting Project Management Plan meets the requirements set forth in Exhibit F that are applicable to the Initial Scope of Work.


More Definitions of Project Management Plan

Project Management Plan means the overall plan used to describe how the completed project would be operated and maintained on a long term basis. This document could include habitat, landscape, park, and other facility/resource long term management plans.
Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
Project Management Plan as used herein shall mean Contractor’s written plan to provide, implement, monitor and ensure the services required by this Agreement are received by County accordingly.
Project Management Plan means the document describing quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the development, design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Project, containing the TxDOT-approved component parts, plans and documentation described in Section 4.2 of the Design-Build General Conditions.
Project Management Plan means the document that describes how the project will be executed, monitored, and controlled.
Project Management Plan means that plan described in Section 1.1 of Appendix C to this ITP.
