Examples of Project Lessor in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding Article 21 above, upon Substantial Completion of the Project as defined in the CSA and the recording of a Notice of Completion for the Project, Lessor or its assignee and the District shall release Lessor’s leasehold interest in Project and the Site.

  • Landlord shall have the meaning given such term in the preambles to this Agreement and shall also include their respective permitted successors and assigns.

  • Construction Party means a party to a Construction Service Agreement. “Construction Parties” shall mean all of the Parties to a Construction Service Agreement.
