Project Leading Group definition

Project Leading Group means the group established by Wuhan Municipality, headed by the Mayor of Wuhan Municipality and composed of representatives of several Wuhan Municipality agencies, for the purpose of providing overall leadership, policy guidance and institutional coordination in Project preparation and implementation, and any successor thereto.
Project Leading Group means the group established by the Project Implementing Entity in January 2005 for purposes of overall coordination and cooperation among the various entities during the preparation and implementation of the Project.
Project Leading Group means the group established in accordance with paragraph A.1(a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement.

  • In order to ensure the proper carrying out of the Project, Henan shall maintain, throughout the period of implementation of the Project, with membership, terms of reference, staffing and other resources acceptable to the Bank the Provincial Project Leading Group, the Provincial Project Management Office, Local Project Leading Groups and Local Project Management Offices, as set out in the Project Implementation Manual.

  • Project Management and Financing Wuhan shall maintain throughout the period of implementation of the Project, in a manner and substance satisfactory to the Bank, the Project Leading Group assigned with such powers, functions, funds and other resources as shall be necessary to enable it to provide overall leadership, policy guidance and coordination for the purpose of implementing the Project.

  • The Project Leading Group shall meet as often as necessary to ensure that the objectives of the Project are met.

More Definitions of Project Leading Group

Project Leading Group means the body to provide overall policy guidance for the Project, as described in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;

Project Leading Group or "Project Leading Groups" means the project leading group or project leading groups referred to in Part E.1(a) of Schedule 2 to the Provinces Project Agreement.

Related to Project Leading Group

  • Project Leader has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor. The designated employee will be knowledgeable of the Project and be experienced in managing projects similar to the one established herein.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Program coordinator means a registered nurse responsible for administrative aspects of a state-approved nurse aide training course.

  • Alliance Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;

  • Project Committee has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.1;

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Scheduling Coordinator or “SC” means an entity certified by the CAISO as qualifying as a Scheduling Coordinator pursuant to the CAISO Tariff, for the purposes of undertaking the functions specified in “Responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator” of the CAISO Tariff, as amended from time to time.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Program Manager refers to the professional management firm selected by the Owner as the Owner’s representative for the Project, and its employees and consultants.

  • District Level Anti-Ragging Committee means the Committee, headed by the District Magistrate, constituted by the State Government, for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the district.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
