Project IPR definition

Project IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights that arise or are obtained or developed by either party, or by a contractor on behalf of either party, in respect of the Deliverables in the course of or in connection with the Project;
Project IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights created, discovered, or developed in the performance of the Services or development of Products for Apple under the PO, or otherwise created, discovered, or developed using Apple Confidential Information.
Project IPR means any specific technical know-how, confidential information or other Intellectual Property developed pursuant to the Alliance.

  • Each party shall promptly give written notice to the other party of any actual, threatened or suspected infringement of the Project IPR or the other party’s Background IPR of which it becomes aware.

  • The Supplier hereby assigns to the British Council with full title guarantee by way of present and future assignment all its right, title and interest in and to the Project IPR.

More Definitions of Project IPR

Project IPR means Copyrights, Trade Secret Rights, Project Patent Rights, to Project Technology.
Project IPR means any information, data, reports, documents, procedures, forecasts, technology, Know-How and any other Intellectual Property Rights developed during the Grant Period
