Project Information definition

Project Information means information to Bidders for project planning and financial analysis.
Project Information means all technical reports, data, designs, drawings, xxxx of materials, estimates, instructions, weight information, specifications, recommendations, certificates or other documents or information developed, provided by or on behalf of one party to another party (whether the Owner, the Contractor, or the Sub-Contractor) from time to time showing dimensions, work methods and any other details whatsoever of a technical nature for the purposes of the this Agreement, the GIMI Topsides Agreement, and the FEED Study Report;
Project Information means and be deemed to refer to all Project- related text, designs, drawings, specifications, Construction Documents, shop drawings, RFI’s, PCO’s, architectural works, building designs, reports, forms, models, computer files, instruments of service, surveys, or other documents and expression created or provided by or to Design-Builder and/or Design Professional during the course of performance of the Work and the Project.

More Definitions of Project Information

Project Information means information of any nature pertaining to the SKA Project, including but not limited to details of contributions made or proposed to be made by SKA Contributors;
Project Information means the information listed on Schedule A, as such schedule may be updated from time to time on each Available Borrowing Base Determination Date or in accordance with Section 2.05(e). For the avoidance of doubt, Project Information shall include (a) the zip code for each Eligible Project and (b) the estimated first-year energy generation data for each Eligible Project for the year commencing on the date such Eligible Project was granted permission to operate.
Project Information means all information developed as a result of the Projects, including, without limitation, techniques, discoveries, processes, copyrights, patents (including any extension, reissue or renewal thereof) and patent applications, know-how, toxicological and pharmacological data, clinical trial results, regulatory applications and documents evidencing approval thereof, and test results, and all information and data provided to a Party pursuant to Article 6 of the Marketing Agreement.
