Project Implementation Manual definition
Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (c) of this Agreement for implementation of the Project, giving disbursement arrangements, performance indicators, terms of reference of staff and other administrative, financial and organizational arrangements, including a chapter on procurement procedures, and setting forth the criteria for the Subprojects, as hereinafter defined, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association;
Project Implementation Manual and “PIM” mean the Recipient’s Project Implementation Manual referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Implementation Manual means the Recipient’s guidelines and procedures satisfactory to the Association to be used for the purpose of implementing the Project, including in the areas of monitoring and evaluation, coordination, social and environment, and other provisions related to the institutional organization, as such guidelines and procedures may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedule to the Project Implementation Manual.

The Borrower shall ensure that Sub-projects are selected for purposes of Parts A.1 (b) and A.3 of the Project in accordance with the criteria and the terms and conditions set forth in the Annex to this Schedule and in the Project Implementation Manual.
The Borrower shall adopt and, thereafter apply in the implementation of the Project, the Project Implementation Manual, and shall not amend, delete, suspend, or waive any part of the Project Implementation Manual, without the prior approval of the Bank.

More Definitions of Project Implementation Manual
Project Implementation Manual means the manual adopted by the Recipient under the Original Financing Agreement and updated in accordance with Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and setting out, inter alia, implementation, organizational, administrative, monitoring and evaluation, environmental and social monitoring and mitigation, financial management, disbursement and procurement arrangements, as shall have been agreed with the Association for purposes of Project implementation, as the same may be amended from time to time with the concurrence of the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Manual.
Project Implementation Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Implementation Manual means the Project Implementation Manual referred to in paragraph 1 (a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Project Implementation Manual means the manual adopted by the Recipient through the PCU on November 30, 2010, for the purposes of defining the detailed implementation arrangements for the Project, and setting forth, inter alia: (i) the detailed Project staffing plan for each stakeholder; (ii) the Project monitoring and evaluation modalities; and (iii) the terms, procedures and conditions for the initial management and operation of the national CARG scheme, as the same may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.
Project Implementation Manual means a set of guidelines for the CDBG-DR Program, incorporated herein by reference for all purposes in its entirety.
Project Implementation Manual means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 5.01(c) of this Agreement, outlining policies, procedures and guidelines to be followed in the implementation of the Project, as amended as of the Restructuring Effective Date.
