Project Implementation Manual definition

Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
Project Implementation Manual means the manual containing administrative, financial, accounting, disbursement and procurement arrangements, work plans, training plans, and procedures to be used for the purposes of implementation of the Project;
Project Implementation Manual means the Recipient’s guidelines and procedures satisfactory to the Association to be used for the purpose of implementing the Project, including in the areas of monitoring and evaluation, coordination, social and environment, and other provisions related to the institutional organization, as such guidelines and procedures may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedule to the Project Implementation Manual.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

Project Implementation Manual and “PIM” mean the Recipient’s Project Implementation Manual referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Implementation Manual means the manual referred to in Section 6.01 (a) of this Agreement containing, inter alia, work programs, training programs, monitoring and performance indicators and procedures to be used for the purposes of implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, in consultation with, and with the approval of, the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Manual;
Project Implementation Manual means the Project Implementation Manual referred to in paragraph 1 (a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Project Implementation Manual means the manual adopted by the Recipient through FIRCA on March 30, 2010, for the purposes of defining the detailed implementation arrangements for the Project, and setting forth, inter alia: (i) the detailed Project staffing plan for each stakeholder; and (ii) the Project monitoring and evaluation modalities, as the same may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.
Project Implementation Manual means a set of guidelines for the CDBG-DR Program, incorporated herein by reference for all purposes in its entirety.
Project Implementation Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Implementation Manual means the Recipient’s implementation manual, referred to in Section I.B.1 of the Annex to Schedule 2 to this Agreement; as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the World Bank.
