Project GMP definition

Project GMP means the sum of the GMP Amendments Total, the Preconstruction Services Cost Limit, and all other lump-sum and not-to-exceed prices pertaining to the Project to which Construction Manager and Owner agree in writing.

  • If the Project GMP is increased by Owner, the CM shall be entitled to receive an additional fee to be negotiated and established by the Parties, in writing, at the time of such increase to the GMP.

  • The Pre-Construction Services Fee is part of the Total Project GMP.

  • The maximum amount allowed for the Cost of Work is part of the Total Project GMP.

  • Unless an Amendment to this Contract or a Change Order is executed by TFC that expressly increases to Total Project GMP with respect to TFC’s election to use TFC Controlled Contingency for TFC-directed changes, the total of all amounts to be paid to CMR in connection with all GMPs for all portions of the Project shall not exceed the Total Project GMP.

Related to Project GMP

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.
